When I first went to see Catherine, I felt tired and at the mercy of my hormones. Even though I am only forty one, I was having horrific mood swings, hormonal headaches and regularly felt nauseous. My periods affected my sleep and digestion and I was constantly craving sugar. She was so helpful at explaining the factors behind my early peri-menopausal symptoms and their relationship with food. Her sessions are an educational programme that showed me how to eat the proper food and most important to be excited about food again. In a short time, I was able to learn what foods will help my symptoms and the well being that I achieved from the programme was amazing.
I feel I have control over my health again – my mood is balanced, my sleep is great and I have so much energy now. Thanks Catherine!

When I first went to Catherine, I was covered in bruises that appeared for no apparent reason. I had zero energy, brain fog, digestive problems and generally felt like I was not myself. What I really loved from the first consultation with Catherine was that she went through my entire medical history from the day I was born and for once, was someone that connected the pieces to see the trends and patterns, to see if it could help solve the current issues.

She devised a protocol that tackled one issue at a time and also knew the sequence to address them in. With some small changes in the food I was eating and really focusing on supplementing my diet with some vitamins and minerals the transformation happened. The bruises disappeared, my digestive system normalised, my energy levels soared and I had focus and clarity again with the brain fog disappearing.

I can’t recommend Catherine highly enough. If you are like me and have a really busy life, travel a lot with work, deal with different time zones and generally push yourself to the max, then you need Catherine Kenneally in your life to bring back the balance and help you be your very best.

I paid Catherine a visit as I was feeling exhausted all the time and quite bloated and emotional at certain times every month.
Just talking to Catherine felt therapeutic.
Thanks to Catherine's advice I've made some easy dietary changes. The recipes are really easy and yummy. My kids especially love the healthy chilli con carne. The changes were really easy to make and I feel the whole family has benefited. My energy levels have risen hugely. Everyone should have a Catherine Kenneally in their lives. After years of feeling tired and going from bed to work to bed I really needed something to get my energy up. I really was just surviving.
With high demands in my work and family life I had resigned myself to feeling that this was what my life was just going to be... Until I found Catherine! Her understanding of where I was at and assurance, that this wasn’t the way life should be, was inspiring.
The initial briefing was so straightforward and her manner was so professional and clear I just knew she would be great to work with. She identified my issue immediately and gave me such an easy plan to follow. Every step of the way she made the process easy and achievable. Settling into the plan had peaks and troughs but with every meeting with Catherine I was presented with understanding, solutions and ideas on how to get a few steps further along my way. Her support and non-judgemental approach encouraged me onwards.
Now I am beginning to feel like my pre-baby self! My sense of what I need to keep my energy up is becoming more intuitive. My cravings for junk foods and foods that were sapping my energy just disappeared! Ever step on this surviving to thriving journey really just get you thriving. Initially I sought Catherine's help as I had reached a point where I was always tired, suffered regularly from IBS and was feeling down in myself as a result.
 
Meeting her allowed me for the first time to really see how my diet had been affecting my life. Catherine gives logical and sound advice.  Her supportive approach allowed me to feel confident and take control over my dietary decisions. I am not on a diet, I am finally listening to my body and nourishing it and as a result I am feeling better than I have in over a decade.
 
I have more energy, my mood is better. The brain fog has finally lifted. I've lost weight (2 Stone) and still eat lots. I am generally much happier and more in touch with my body.  By starting to care for myself from a nutritional perspective, it spurred me on to look at other aspects of my wellbeing that I hadn’t been mindful of. Catherine's plan, advice and support was a great foundation for me to make positive and lasting change in my life.
 
I like practicality. Catherine is very straightforward. She encourages a well-rounded approach to change. I've discovered that I can make changes and choices and I do not feel like I'm depriving myself. This wasn't a diet change for me, it was a complete shift in the way I treated myself.

Before I started this program with Catherine I had struggled to lose weight for years and tried various diet programs.  I had no energy, no “go” in me and was tired all the time. Even though I have a lot of medical conditions I knew the way I was feeling was not right.
The program has given me the knowledge that I needed to better my quality of life. Even though I was a healthy eater, I was neglecting some food groups that would have been beneficial to my conditions.
I feel a lot better. I enjoy my food more and even though I am eating more food than before I have lost weight.  I have more energy and motivation to get up and go and my mood has improved.

I was lucky to meet Catherine when I had a chronic rash on my feet and could not find a solution for it.  When I met her she was able to tell straight away that I was lacking essential vitamins.

Having worked with Catherine on a programme she devised for me, my whole health has greatly improved.  As well as taking care of the rash, my digestive health was taken care of and I now feel much better and have more energy.  I now eat more healthy, interesting food.  Catherine also gives lovely, nourishing, heart-warming recipes.  This all took time but it was made easy by Catherine’s step by step approach.
