Initially I sought Catherine's help as I had reached a point where I was always tired, suffered regularly from IBS and was feeling down in myself as a result.
 
Meeting her allowed me for the first time to really see how my diet had been affecting my life. Catherine gives logical and sound advice.  Her supportive approach allowed me to feel confident and take control over my dietary decisions. I am not on a diet, I am finally listening to my body and nourishing it and as a result I am feeling better than I have in over a decade.
 
I have more energy, my mood is better. The brain fog has finally lifted. I've lost weight (2 Stone) and still eat lots. I am generally much happier and more in touch with my body.  By starting to care for myself from a nutritional perspective, it spurred me on to look at other aspects of my wellbeing that I hadn’t been mindful of. Catherine's plan, advice and support was a great foundation for me to make positive and lasting change in my life.
 
I like practicality. Catherine is very straightforward. She encourages a well-rounded approach to change. I've discovered that I can make changes and choices and I do not feel like I'm depriving myself. This wasn't a diet change for me, it was a complete shift in the way I treated myself.
Catherine is a lovely lady who cares deeply about what she does and as a result helps people immensely. I will never forget her for all she has done.
