I was feeling extremely ill after eating and occasionally had such severe stomach spasms that I would cry with the pain. I was struggling with all aspects of my diet, both liquid and solid food.

I now know what foods don’t agree with me and what foods I can no longer to eat. The supplements have really helped regulate my digestion so now I no longer feel ill or vomit as a result of the change in my diet.

I can eat a small plate of food and feel full as I am eating the correct number of meals and snacks every day. Also I have lost 12 lbs since I started 4 weeks ago.

I particularly enjoyed learning how to structure a balanced diet plan that suits me, cooking all the lovely recipes that I have received and of course losing the weight.

I would highly recommend to anyone who feels sick after food or may think some foods don’t agree with them to attend Catherine and learn the right foods for them and how best to have a balanced diet.
