Eating for Energy

Engaged healthy employees are the lifelines of organisations.  These employees look forward to and are passionate about their work, and cooperatively work together to grow and build a stronger company.  One of the main criteria to foster this passion is to ensure that employees have good, steady energy levels.  So many people wake up feeling tired every morning or they get that mid-afternoon slump or are frustrated because they are too tired to play with their kids when they get home in the evening.
This talk focuses on easy and effective ways to increase energy levels naturally.  We looks at foods that increase energy, foods that deplete us of energy and how to best support the body to have a remain focused and alert from work to play.  This is a very popular talk that employees find is a real eye-opener. Realising that decreasing energy is not an inevitable part of getting older, it’s something that we have full control over is very empowering.
