Program Steps
How to Understand and Eliminate your Cravings
Cravings for foods like chocolate, sugar, diet drinks, potato chips, crisps and coffee is something that many people struggle with. While we get a ‘hit’ when we eat these foods, they actually drain us of energy and the empty calories pile on the pounds. These foods are also very ageing. By removing them from your diet you are taking to first step for an anti-ageing diet. The good news is that most cravings can be eliminated within a few weeks once we establish the reason they exist. So all of a sudden, you don’t need to lock the cupboards anymore because the cravings are gone!
You can start the process by trying out the first step of the program for just $150. This consists of a consultation which lasts 75 minutes. We’ll go through your health concerns, your health history, an assessment of your digestion, hormones, detoxification, immunity and your current diet. From this , I will determine which step first needs to be addressed to get the quickest impact on your health.
You will then receive :
- An in-depth report that clearly explains the areas of your health that need to be addressed. This will contain diet and lifestyle suggestions based on your individual needs at this time
- A meal plan using foods that are tailored to your individual needs
- Delicious easy recipes to support this that are family friendly
- A supplement plan tailored for you

You will then have the option to opt into the rest of the program (4 more consultations) for 3 instalments of $100 per month over the next 3 months. At these consultations, we will cover the remaining four steps in the program. Each of these consultations will last 45- 60 minutes and we will review how the previous changes have worked for you and including new diet and lifestyle changes to support each step. At each consultation, you will receive:
- An overview of how your health is progressing at each step
- Coaching to help you achieve the changes and adapting changes as necessary
- New foods to support each step (eg hormonal balancing foods, digestive-supporting foods)
- New meal ideas and recipes for easy incorporation of these foods into your diet

So many people wake up exhausted every morning. They find it takes an hour or two to get going. They experience an energy crash after lunch and after dinner in the evening. You probably feel that certain foods bloat you or you feel exhausted after eating meals. Maybe you feel like you spend too much time in the bathroom or you can’t leave the house without having a mental map of all the restrooms in the area.
At this consultation, we get to grips with optimising your digestion. This will eliminate any bloating that you have (a great way to drop a dress size) and make sure that you are getting the most out of your food. A healthy digestive tract is fundamental to good health.
Get Help with Your Hormones
Are you finding that feeling irritable and crying at the drop of a hat is lasting longer and longer every month? When we don’t address the root causes of PMS, it gets worse. Period pain, no energy and mood swings are something that many women live with month after month, accepting that they are something that they have to put up with. It’s not true.
